### Description

The "Stammdaten" menu of baltic-it TOPqw Webportal v1.35.283.2 (fixed in version 1.35.291), in /Apps/TOPqw/qwStammdaten.aspx, is vulnerable to persistent Cross-Site Scripting (XSS).
