### Description

** DISPUTED ** An issue was discovered in the default configurations of ROS (Robot Operating System) Melodic Morenia in ROS_VERSION 1 and ROS_PYTHON_VERSION 3. This vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers to gain access using default credentials, posing a serious threat to the integrity and security of the system. NOTE: this is disputed by multiple third parties who believe there was not reasonable evidence to determine the existence of a vulnerability.
