* feat(artifacts): inventory and extract Bun standalone executable module graphs
Adds a Bun standalone artifact reader for Mach-O, PE, ELF and appended
trailers, supporting the 36-byte and 52-byte module record layouts. It
preserves module names, entry-point details and raw metadata, and
exposes contents, sourcemaps, bytecode and module-info as separate
entries for safe extraction without executing the binary. Parsing
rejects malformed or ambiguous graphs and enforces module-count,
retained-byte and expansion limits. Adds synthetic parser tests, CLI and
MCP coverage, agent skill guidance, and a verification script for
Bun-produced executables.

* fix(artifacts): bound Bun section probes and reject truncated sections
Split Bun recognition into a bounded probe that reads only section
headers, length prefixes, and the Offsets/trailer suffix, and a single
payload load used by the reader. Inventory classification and extraction
admission no longer allocate the whole graph.
Match ELF `.bun` section names by comparing only the name bytes and
terminator, so many headers sharing one long name cost constant work each.
Reject sections whose declared extent ends past EOF instead of reading a
silently shortened window.
Launch Bun, Docker, and REA in the standalone verifier through the shared
owned verifier commands, and release the runtime root only after those
command families have settled.

Allow native matching representation budgets to be selected at runtime or launch while retaining the 96 MiB default and main shared-provenance accounting. Preserve actionable configuration recovery through the setting owner and verify complete CLI/MCP matches for 20k/50k synthetic inventories and real stripped LLVM 14/15 inventories.

Return native admission issues and an explicit Hopper timeout result from
the configuration owner. Doctor consumes those parsed facts instead of raw
timeout text plus a separate issue list. Reuse a successful aggregate parse;
validate the individual timeout independently when other settings reject it.
Preserve aggregate error precedence, JEB isolation, omission, constraints,
causes and provider scope. Keep partial diagnostics when unrelated NUL,
loader arguments, language selection or timeout settings are invalid.
Validation: configuration and Doctor workflow regressions, mixed-invalid
settings, full static/docs checks. No installed provider was exercised.
* fix(reconstruction): dedupe residual unknown ids with uniqueSorted
Merged obligation candidates called uniqueBy, which is not defined, so
the project did not typecheck. String ids already use uniqueSorted.

* docs(limits): describe how to design admission recovery
Add a short contributor guide for named defaults, settings, recovery
text, and the agent recovery ladder, and mirror that ladder into the
authored skill.

* fix(hopper): pass distribution readers into install-host tests
systemLinuxHopperInstallHost now requires the caller's distribution
reader. The Linux install tests still passed only the environment, so
typecheck failed.

* test: align pcap, storage, and regex fixtures with current contracts

previous pcap client identity, legacy storage fingerprints, and the
old regex deadline sentence.
