gensokyo-dev aa53c06538 feat(firmware): make analysis deadlines recoverable per call
Expose per-call firmware analysis budgets with exact recovery guidance, shared
CLI/MCP validation and retained actual settings. Keep publication and fixed
resource policy independent; preserve typed interruption and one captured-output
owner through command and one-shot cleanup.

Fixes #5851. Executed verification, real-provider limits, known baseline issues
and authorized readiness override are recorded in #5863.

morluto 26bb85c007 fix(core): keep released cleanup dependencies empty
Distinguish unbound resource attribution from a completed dependency set so final release cannot restore historical resource names.

morluto 3e8236639a fix(errors): restore typed primary after confirmed cleanup
Retain the primary error through cleanup composition and resolve its presentation only after live ownership confirms release. Preserve historical diagnostics separately from producer facts.

Validate domain primary types, nested owners, denied retry and late observations; exercise public CLI and MCP projection plus firmware descriptor retry. Focused tests, source controls, static checks and docs pass. Native providers were not verified.
