* fix(browser): keep negative script columns Chrome reports
Chrome reported a Debugger.scriptParsed event with startColumn -60 and
endColumn -15 for an inline script in WordPress's helper frame. CDP declares
these columns as plain integers, but REA's admission required min(0), so one
script failed the whole observe-web-execution run with unreadable_output.
CDP resource columns now share one representation, cdpResourceColumnSchema,
for script start/end columns, initiator call frames, parser initiators and
event listeners. Positions on a script's first line include its start column,
so keeping the reported values keeps the documented script-relative
conversion consistent. The domain contract and web runtime docs state that a
negative column does not locate a column in the resource.

* fix(browser): apply the CDP column policy to passive capture
inspect_web_page and discover_webmcp_tools still read CDP columns through
cdpSourceCoordinates, whose own >= 0 check turned a negative column into
null and reported invalid_protocol_value. WebMCP discovery also dropped the
tool's whole registration_source.
cdpResourceColumnSchema now lives with the domain's CDP observation schemas.
Runtime admission, the passive coordinate helper and the runtime, console,
initiator and WebMCP output schemas all use it. Lines keep their
non-negative rule.

Construct integer formats directly while preserving bounds, refinements, metadata and current shared schema owners. Keep Incur-dependent CLI numeric coercion declarations unchanged.
Verify canonical advertisements, 126 numeric boundary cases, 974 actual CLI parser cases, broad source tests and real public-artifact SDK workflows. Record 72 normal tasks and 12 separate owned-inspector heap diagnostics with whole-family resource bounds; distinguish SDK spans and asymmetric audit overhead. Generate numerical report sections from receipts and reject stale tables through documentation conformance checks.
Closes#6236. Current-head CI and Greptile pass; actionable review findings are addressed. Codex review was unavailable due repository usage limits.
* fix(browser): name web-bundle budgets and recover web deadlines
Name the existing heap, per-script, and total web-bundle phases, and reject a per-script deadline above the total. Promote capture, CDP command, source-map decode, and source-map fetch deadlines at today's defaults. Name DevTools timeoutMs, and state that discovery, cleanup grace, byte budgets, and Electron hook retention have no runtime override.

* fix(browser): apply selected web deadlines to the owning phase
Keep HTTP and browser-socket discovery on the fixed discovery deadline so a
short command_timeout_ms starts at the handshake. Apply scenario
command_timeout_ms to launch startup and the primary connect session, and
keep service-worker restoration on the fixed 5000 ms grace. Omit
command_timeout_ms from recovery text when the operation does not accept it.

* fix(browser): retain scenario commands that finish after their deadline
A timed-out scenario command stays owned so cleanup can close a late
browser or context and restore a mutation that lands after the deadline.
Child storage replies use that deadline, scenario recovery names
command_timeout_ms in the capture JSON, and the session test connection
implements beginCleanupGrace.

* fix(browser): keep child command timeouts as the public failure
A nested command such as Page.enable that is delivered but never answered
was stored as protocol_error, hiding the command name, selected deadline,
and recovery. Store the typed timeout and assert that public error.

* fix(browser): keep runtime cleanup on the fixed grace
Switch runtime restoration to the cleanup grace before the first send so a
short command_timeout_ms cannot fail an otherwise successful observation.
Stop advertising command_timeout_ms on list_browser_targets, which never
bounds a post-discovery command.

* test(browser): prove a short command deadline cannot fail runtime cleanup
Drive restoration through the runtime fixture. A cleanup command that
outlives command_timeout_ms still succeeds, and a stalled restoration
names the fixed 5000 ms grace.

* fix(browser): name the effective source-map decode deadline
codecBudgetLimitation reported a fixed 20-second deadline after a
caller selected decode_timeout_ms. Result and Evidence limitations
now name that effective millisecond deadline.

* fix(browser): separate handshake and target-attach deadlines
A browser-level Target.attachToTarget no longer shares the WebSocket
handshake budget. Blocked service-worker attachment keeps discovery on
its fixed deadline and applies command_timeout_ms to the later handshake
and attach.

* fix(browser): name the web-bundle resource each runtime exhausts
Bun ignores the V8 old-space flag. A Windows Job reports the process
commit limit, and other Bun hosts no longer suggest raising max_heap_mb.

* fix(browser): cite the browser-socket discovery message budget
WebSocket discovery enforces the 64 MiB protocol budget. Timeout
recovery no longer advertises the 8 MiB HTTP document budget.

* fix(browser): bound the blocked service-worker check before discovery
The first registration check has its own fixed 10s deadline. Discovery,
handshake, and Target.attachToTarget stay on their separate deadlines.

* fix(browser): name the operand that stopped web-bundle admission
Host heap pressure no longer claims the fixed result budget is exhausted.
A Windows Bun allocation before the commit limit still names that limit.

An empty script_id also marks a script-type initiator, such as a module
import, whose url is the importing script file. Its position is a real
script position without a session-script association. The previous
wording called every empty-ID callsite parser markup with "no script
position" and excluded it from the external-script conversion. Describe
the empty ID as a missing session-script association, which only rules
out joining captured source or resource_start, and keep the
external-script conversion for script-file positions.

observe_web_execution also derives callsites from a request's reported
initiator, such as an image the parser found in HTML or a module import,
with an empty script_id. Those positions point into the initiating
resource, not a script, so the "script's enclosing resource" wording and
source-map conversion did not apply to them. Describe the coordinates as
relative to the resource named by url, explain empty script IDs, and
limit the documented conversion to positions with a script_id.

* fix(browser): advertise zero-based units for runtime source coordinates
inspect_web_event_listeners and observe_web_execution return CDP
callsite, listener and resource_start line_number/column_number values
unchanged: zero-based lines and UTF-16 columns. Neither the advertised
output schema nor docs/web-runtime.md said so. trace_web_source_location
takes one-based lines, so a caller chaining a listener location into it
lands one line early.
Describe the units on the shared schema fields, which reach both tools'
advertised output schemas, and document the conversion.

* fix(browser): describe runtime positions relative to the enclosing resource
For an inline <script>, CDP reports listener and callsite positions
relative to the HTML document, and resource_start is where the script
text starts in that document. A real headless Chromium 155 page showed
this: a listener on HTML line 6 came back as line_number 5, with
resource_start {3, 8}. Describe all positions as relative to the
enclosing resource. Document that inline-script positions must have
resource_start subtracted, plus one added to the line, before
trace_web_source_location.
