Charge inner alias and branch work to the existing getter query budget before allocating queued states. Widen local suffixes during fallback so a single getter cannot reintroduce path permutations.
Validation: two new class/object controls fail on the baseline; 411 tests across eight affected files pass. Public CLI baseline/candidate controls preserve unrelated observations and expose intended partial resource coverage. Typecheck/lint, docs and formatting pass. Diagnostic costs retained; no speed or token reduction claim. This fixes a separate getter gap and does not resolve the getter-free Qodo input. Refs #3839.

The small source probe reduced 65/326 paths to one widened reference for five
and six getters. The original large Claude artifact was not rerun. Validate

Normalize exact literals and configuration defaults through the shared primitive owner. Preserve tagged limits through member/destructuring projection and record encountered bounds in per-analysis state independently of later selected values. Remove the retained-value rescan and duplicate default reader. Preserve source Evidence, bounded/null values, aggregate wire capacity and complete endpoint lookup identities for query/trace/comparison.
Validated 66 focused and 932 semantic tests on the restored identical runtime; final public selection 7/7 adds an augmented large-endpoint acceptance (67 distinct focused cases across invocations). Full static/docs and fresh real Obsidian controls passed. Compact measurements and rejected attempts remain recorded.

Use one explicit object/array slot model and JSON-pointer property identity across mutation analysis, return projection, and semantic graphs. Require observed presence for discriminants and resolve writes only through retained object or array receivers.
BREAKING CHANGE: projected return fields require explicit presence and semantic object operations carry full property paths.
