A default a PUT learns must also agree with what the read after an earlier or
the current call showed for the member its answer left out, so a call whose
read showed the member kept withholds a later clearing default.
Replay and serving now choose an update clock's stored spelling by one rule,
readSpellsCoarser: the read after it at a coarser precision in the same zone
and separator. A read in another zone or separator is no longer adopted by
replay, which serving could not store, and a create's plain clocks stay as
answered, as serving makes them.
