### Description

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:jfs: fix shift-out-of-bounds in dbSplitWhen dmt_budmin is less than zero, it causes errorsin the later stages. Added a check to return an error beforehandin dbAllocCtl itself.
